Shipping Information
Many online merchants offer low prices, but then use shipping costs to "beef up" their profits. OldWestGifts.com is committed to offering you quality merchandise at discount prices AND reasonable shipping! With our huge warehouse set-up, small orders are costly to fulfill and ship, so we need to defray those costs. We charge a flat $4.95 for UPS ground shipping which doesn't even fully cover those costs. Often times the shipping cost is the same for 1 item or several items, so for purchases over $75, we will ship absolutely FREE! That's right, NO COST to you! We like to reward larger purchases. We ship UPS ground within 48 hours of receiving your order. How long it takes to get to you depends on your shipping zone. Use the chart at the bottom of the page to determine your zone. Your zone number usually equals the number of business days for shipping to your address. For example, if your zone is 6, figure 2 business days to leave our warehouse, and 6 business days to ship. That means your package will arrive in about 8 business days. Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in California.
If you need faster shipping, we offer DHL air. Usually it will cost an additional $15, unless the item is larger or heavier than normal, then it may cost more. You will need to notify us BEFORE you order if you want this option. Once the order has been made, we cannot change it. It goes electronically to the warehouse and is processed.
Also, UPS will leave packages at your door if you are not home. We are not responsible if they get lost or stolen. If you want to require a signature to receive the package, tell us that in the "Comments" box at checkout. IMPORTANT: once you place the order, we cannot change any info including address or shipping status, so make sure to fill out your shipping correctly THE FIRST TIME.
